Survey Results – March 2011
In February 2011, Paramount Recruitment undertook a feedback survey of all companies and candidates that had used its service over the previous 6 months. Paramount did not just survey candidates that had been successfully placed. Everybody that had been submitted for a position at one of our clients was asked for their feedback, and likewise every company that had given us vacancies, irrespective of whether we filled the job for them.
Results from Companies – 91 responses
· 81% would recommend Paramount
· 73% said we provided a good or excellent service

Positive areas:
Companies liked our speed of response, the friendly and professional staff and the pro-activeness of our consultants

Areas for development:
Companies wanted better screened candidates, more co-ordinated communication from our consultants and more face to face contact.

Results from Candidates – 623 responses
· 73% would recommend Paramount
· 62% said we provided a good or excellent service
|
Positive areas:
Candidates liked the knowledge of our staff and the suitability of the vacancies we found for them.

Areas for development:
Candidates that had not been successful did not receive enough feedback and we did not keep them informed of the progress of their application.

Actions
As a result of the feedback, Paramount Recruitment is taking the following actions:
· Specific agreement with every company on the manner & frequency of communication from our consultants and the level of screening required for each vacancy
· Making hiring companies aware of the importance that candidates place on speedy and constructive feedback
· Giving candidates a realistic feedback expectation at the start of the process and then providing more detailed feedback and advice to unsuccessful candidates
We hope that the actions outlined above will improve the level of service provided to our customers and we will re-survey in 6 months time to find out whether this has occurred.
