The Recruitment Process

  • An Account Manager or Specialist Consultant will arrange to have a detailed discussion with the client in order to gather information on the position (s) and company.
  • A recruitment plan and advertising strategy will be devised and implemented by the Account Manager/Consultant.
  • Potential candidates will be researched, assessed and profiled for eligibility and suitability for the position.
  • The following key information will be discussed with the candidate to ensure he/she is 100% interested and committed: -

Culture, values and mission

Salary scales and benefits package

Nature of role (including access to job description) Line management of role (including matrix managers where appropriate)

  • A selection of the 'best' three to five CVs per vacancy will be presented with a detailed candidate profile containing the following key information: -

Candidate Name, Location, Current Salary and Salary requirements
Reason for leaving and specific interested in the Position applied for

Notice period

Relevant information regarding skills, education and qualifications

  • All candidates will be notified if their application is successful or unsuccessful.
  • Applicants invited for interview will be fully briefed with confirmation letters stating the Time, Date, Location, Agenda and Interviewers.
  • Both the candidate and client will receive feedback after the interview.
  • The successful candidate will be presented with an offer, which will be managed to ensure any differences are resolved.
  • References supplied and Contracts signed with start date of employment. Invoices presented on the start date of the employee.
  • Follow up with the company within 30 days of start date.
  • Management Reporting System to monitor success ratio's (CV-Interview-Placement)
