The Recruitment Process
• A specialist consultant will have a detailed discussion with the client in order to gather
information on the position (s) and company.
• Potential candidates will be researched and assessed for eligibility and suitability for the position.
• The position and company will be discussed with the candidate to ensure he/she is fully committed.
• A selection of three to five CVs per vacancy will be presented with a detailed candidate profile
summary.
• Interviews will be confirmed and the client and candidate are well briefed prior to their meeting.
• Both the candidate and client will receive feedback after the interview whether positive or
negative.
• The successful candidate will be presented with an offer, which will be managed to ensure any
differences are resolved.
• Confirm the commencement of employment.
• Follow up with the company within 30 days of start date
