An international Clinical Research Organisation is currently looking for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to work in Berkshire office and from home. This is such an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join a great team who will give you excellent support and also help you with career development and progression.
The role will be working on local and international clinical projects, across a variety of therapy areas and phases. The company are keen to see people who are career focused and would like to develop further within the industry. As a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) you will be the main point of contact for clients, and manage a team working on clinical studies. There will be travelling involved along some site management and managing your team of Clinical Research Associates. You will be working with budgets, and training team members on any new requirements along with company SOPs.
To be considered, it’s essential you have UK experience working on drug development trials and previous skills working in a Clinical Project Manager role. You will also need a scientific, medical or related qualification and strong experience working with ICH-GCP, EU guidelines and local legislations. Strong communication skills and the ability to form good business relationships is also needed.
