Paramount Clinical Research: Contracts Associate, clinical – Buckinghamshire
A Pharmaceutical company based in Buckinghamshire is currently looking for a Contracts Associate to support the European contracts management department.
The role involves assisting the contract manager in ensuring the appropriate use of various contractual agreements and tools to clinical colleagues. The Contracts Associate will make sure vendor contracts are in place and clinical trial insurance to minimize risk factor. They will also manage relationships with resource companies to obtain appropriate CV for review.
The Contracts Associate will have experience working within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company with contract negotiation and/or business development and experience at an international level. A business qualification and/or para-legal experience or alternatively a life science qualification is required. The background should be further supported by knowledge / experience of contracts. Strong communication skills coupled with a flair for negotiations and process improvements is essential. You should also have strong business acumen and financial awareness.
