Quality Engineer Software Medical Devices ISO13485. Market leading medical device organisation based in Bedfordshire has a fantastic opportunity for a software quality engineer to join their highly successful team.
My client specialises in developing, manufacturing and supplying state of the art diagnostic products/medical devices for the healthcare market. Within this role you will be helping to provide software quality assurance expertise, assisting various project teams with both medical device software validation and non-medical device software validation. This position aims to validate software in design projects and for software used within the quality management system.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (BSc/BEng) in a Science/Engineering discipline, with practical experience of regulatory compliance. You will be able to demonstrate expert knowledge and experience in software validation within the medical device industry. To succeed in this role you must have a track record in the validation of complex manufacturing processes and validations. Knowledge of ISO13485 / ISO9001 is also required in this position.
