A specialist life sciences consultancy firm is expanding their Market Research team. Applications are sought from Market Research Associate Directors or Directors who have experience in International Medical Market Research.
With an entrepreneurial approach and flat management structure, the work environment is creative, fast paced and ideal for those who want responsibility and to work in an environment where their ideas and opinions are listened too and valued.
Clients are high profile and international and the company has established itself as a first class market research company within the life sciences sector.
Preferably educated to MBA or PhD level (in maths, science, economics, sociology or psychology) you will have proven qualitative and / or qualitative healthcare / pharmaceutical market research experience that must have been gained in an agency environment.
In addition to a high level of technical knowledge, you have good experience managing market research health care projects, handling healthcare clients and developing healthcare business. You should also have experience co-ordinating and supervising others. Director level candidates will be confident to lead, manage and mentor teams; ensuring their ongoing training and development, motivation and high work standards and will have experience doing so.
