Creative and enthusiastic, you will have excellent relationship building skills which will include a flair for coaching and mentoring others. Along with experience across a range of market research methodologies, you will be commercially minded with an appetite for business development.
As Divisional Director with Healthcare qualitative research business you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for business growth and for developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities will include;
-Research Management
Manage and deliver high quality, innovative and creative research proposals, projects, results and presentations
-Manage and lead Research Executives and project teams
Deliver coaching in qualitative techniques and methodologies
Ensure all work is undertaken to the highest standards
-Write proposals and calculate costings for qualitative studies
-Attend and lead client presentations and business pitches
-Client Development
Generate new business
Work to and contribute to revenue and profit targets
Take responsibility for specific aspects of client development activity
Ensure a high service levels
Take a lead role promoting the team
You will also be expected to support and encourage the team ethos of working together to achieve business success in a stimulating and enjoyable environment.
