Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical, Livingston, Quality Associate
This globally recognised pharmaceutical consultancy provides services within research, manufacturing and development for healthcare organisations throughout the world. Due to rapid expansion they now have an exciting opportunity available for a Quality Assurance Associate to join their team in Livingston, Scotland.
As the Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of products to clients on time, whilst ensuring compliance to appropriate standards.
This will include:
- Ensuring quality standards are met within the manufacturing department
-Reviewing and approving pre and post packaging records to ensure compliance with GMP and company standards
-Reviewing and approving products / materials within storage and distribution to ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures
-Liaising with relevant department staff and managing quality issues and timelines
-Carrying out inspections on facility and procedures in relation to packing of supplies to ensure compliance with GMP
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to a Degree level (or equivalent) within a Scientific discipline and have previous experience of working within a GMP and Quality environment to give an understanding of the legislation and the reasoning for it.
