This global market leading organisation has been established for over 30 years and specialist in developing and manufacturing oncology equipment used to diagnose cancer within the healthcare industry. Due to recent expansion, they now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Quality Engineer to join their team in West Sussex.
As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance within the Manufacturing department.
Other duties within this varied role will include:
-Maintaining the operation of the quality systems within manufacturing
-Ensuring policies meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements
-Participating in process improvement activities
-Securing regulatory compliance in alignment with business objectives
The suitable candidate will ideally be educated to a Degree Level (or equivalent) within an Engineering discipline. A strong Quality Engineering background within the medical devices manufacturing environment is essential for this role. Experience of working to ISO 13485, GMP and FDA standards is also required.
