Graduate Analyst – Systematic Reviews

As a HTA Systematic Review Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

*Contributing to the intellectual planning, design and execution of systematic data
extraction projects with focus on HTA documents
*Contributing to project management, including responsibilities such as quality
assurance, timelines and data updating
*To provide guidance as well as design for appropriate data analyses, making the
connection between raw data and potential analytical uses
*Guide the project team of analysts with overall responsibility for the quality of
end deliverables
*To work closely with a multidisciplinary team and the project lead, ensuring a
consistently high quality of research and reporting
*Maintain, update or develop internal materials needed for daily activities
*Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant
methodologies
*Support development of internal processes and SOPs to data and systematic extraction
best practice
*Train junior team on methodologies and best practice approaches

Requirements of the position are:

*Analyst with extensive experience in systematic review/ systematic data extraction
in healthcare
*Interest in data Science and data quality, data analytics and its translation into
strategy and tactics
*Good understanding of HTA and market access process in major HTA markets
*Basic understanding of different healthcare settings and pricing and reimbursement
of medicines in major EU markets;
*Any other knowledge of biopharma pricing, reimbursement and commercialisation a plus
*Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
*Ability to work both independently & within a team
*Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
*Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
*Excellent IT literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and web-based applications
*Excellent project management, time management and organizational skills
*Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within defined
timelines
*A keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
*A strong motivation to thrive in a client-focused, international team environment
