The Company takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. Our IT security measures are as follows:
Remote and local backups are encrypted.
Sonicwall Security Services.
Sonicwall is protected by complex password. Access from external sources is tied down to approved IP addresses.
The below services are enabled on the Sonicwall protecting the Paramount network.
This web filtering service blocks inappropriate, unproductive and even illegal and malicious web content
The cloud gateway antivirus feature is an advanced malware scanning solution. This protects against the continued growth of malware samples in the wild.
SonicWall Intrusion Prevention Service (SonicWall IPS) delivers a configurable, high performance Deep Packet Inspection engine for extended protection of key network services such as Web, e-mail, file transfer, Windows services and DNS. SonicWall IPS is designed to protect against application vulnerabilities as well as worms, Trojans, and peer-to-peer, spyware and backdoor exploits.
Anti Spyware Service
The SonicWall Anti-Spyware Service protects networks from intrusive spyware by cutting off spyware installations and delivery at the gateway and denying previously installed spyware from communicating collected information outbound.
The servers are updated every 2 months. This ensures all browser certificates are upto date. All servers have Sophos installed too. Sophos is updated daily and scans are configured to run out of hours and alert if anything suspicious is found.
Protected by complex password. Do not have public access.
The 2 ESXi servers have their own root password for protection. The servers that run as guests on the ESXi servers are always logged out or password locked.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our accounts clerk or a marketing assistant) are granted access to your information.
The Company uses all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason the Company cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.
